Entertainment Executive with 22 years spanning production, business and development in games, film and advertising. Responsible for building best in class teams who make award winning experiences.

Tom Doyle: Co-founder
Chief Creative Officer
AAA game industry veteran of 15 years and Principal Artist of two different multibillion dollar videogame franchises. Responsible for the creation of some of the most iconic art in gaming popular culture.

Mike Baldwin
Chief Technical Officer
Engineer with over 18 years of professional history developing AAA products for some of the game industries most well-known beloved franchises. Michael boasts 3 Bachelor degrees and a Master’s degree.

Peter Carlson
Design Director
21 years working at the intersection of bleeding-edge technology and Design creating for Hololens, virtual reality platforms and AAA games. Peter’s career has spanned engineering and design for some of the industries most sought after tech and IP.

Isaac Hannaford
Director of Art
Designing new worlds professionally since 2002. Contributing to teams and products ranging from Team Fortress 2, Halo 3, Halo: Reach and Destiny where he led teams and established primary visual languages, to working on films like Valerian where he designed a universe of vehicles and locations.

Cameron Pinard
Technical Art Director
Technical artist with over 12 years of experience on AAA franchises across multiple generations of hardware, including the Halo and Destiny series. Responsible for fostering cutting edge technical systems from inception to shipping, while supporting multiple content releases.

Louis Lu
3D Art Lead
A passionate developer and problem solver with 23 years of experience around the globe in countries like Taiwan, China, Japan, and the United States. He has contributed to beloved AAA game franchises like God of War across all platforms.

Endeavor One is a Seattle-based company founded in 2014 by a close-knit team of AAA game developers who have worked together for over a decade. As lifetime fans of the industry we’ve helped build, we’ve been on the forefront of the VR movement, experimenting with it as a tool to fulfill the ultimate potential games have to offer: transporting players to other worlds that will excite, engage and impact them, leaving them feeling accomplished and hungry for more.

Pat Jandro
Lead Animator
Pat is a world travelled storyteller, entertainer, and educator who uses his wide range of experiences to drive him professionally. With over 12 years of developing AAA games, notably for the Halo and Destiny franchises; he leverages that knowledge to help our team push the envelope of VR game development.

Forrest Soderlind
Technical Animation Lead
Forrest hails from the halls of Valhalla, ready to conquer the many roles of a Technical Animator. He believes that persistence is the fundamental ingredient of true success. As Technical Animators, we embrace passion for the craft as we are ready to consume any challenge in our path with great fervor. He is grateful to join a team that strives to deliver a new source of enjoyment, as it is well to have as many holds upon happiness as possible in a place we call VR.

Emily Gitelman
Associate Producer
Emily brings a varied background of production, marketing, and community management with nearly a decade of experience in the game and tech industries. She has worked on games such as Shadowrun: Hong Kong and BATTLETECH, as well as launching noted Twitch network Hyper RPG.

Spencer Humphries
Designer
Having worked in the Virtual Reality space since the release of the DK1, Spencer’s variety of experience helps him approach each project with an understanding of the special considerations required to create immersive VR content. Currently Spencer is constructing levels and encounters that show what this technology can offer.

Michelle Pecoraro
Artist
Michelle is an artist of many facets. She comes to Endeavor One with experience from Animation, Games, Theme Parks, and Souvenirs. With this plethora of skills, she's a bit of artistic go-fer; any aspect of a project that needs her aesthetic touch, she's ready to dig in.

Ian Backlund
Engineer
Over 10 years of experience writing code and building games across a large number of video game and Virtual Reality platforms. Responsible for designing and implementing AI and Gameplay systems.
